Eric has led product, technology, and scientific strategy through growth, scale, and reinvention, helping companies navigate the future of genomics by aligning scientific rigor with commercial execution and operational excellence.

    For over 20 years, John has been at the forefront of genomics – from contributing to the Human Genome Project to helping scale leading genetic testing companies. John was a leader at Invitae as it grew from a small lab to running >2MM samples per year, developing deep experience in high-throughput sequencing, bioinformatics, and process automation, building teams and systems that transform complex genomic data into actionable clinical insights.

    John has led the design and operation of large-scale clinical genomics laboratories at Labcorp and Invitae. He has built the hardware, software, and automation systems that power one of the world’s largest clinical sequencing operations, supporting high-throughput, regulated environments where reliability and reproducibility are essential.
